    We order a retype (RETYB) & "no charge" it and enter the results in Softbank exactly as they appear on the historical record, along with a comment "?Taken from paper history. Work-up done by(tech) on (date)." Our system is set up to hide comments from the report if they're preceded with a question mark.

    Our institution assigns a reoccurring billing number to OP transfusion and chemo patients that they have for the calendar month. That way we can do the work-up with the same number as the transfusion.
