    As part of a research project I have to look for ways to streamline reference lab. procedures (a Lean approach). I have to make changes in our antibody ID procedure in the way to reduce Turn-around-time, commit less errors, and increase productivity. They want me to look at the Pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical phases of the process. Does anyone have experience or comment about?
