Hi everyone, I am currently working on a SOP and I was hoping I could get some opinions. What is your quality control for rare red blood cells that are kept in liquid nitrogen? Do you phenotype once prior to freezing or every time the cell is used for testing? Thanks for the help Kimberly Ouellette
I just recently passed- I agree with everyone who mentioned "passing the first time" by the volaris consulting company (google it) I did read the recommended materials on the ASCP website, but that guide was so helpful. Good Luck
