    Does anyone include lossed platelets due to expiration in their utilization report. If so what is the monthly lossed % and does your facility perform open heart surgery. How long does it take to get blood products from you supplier.

    What is the routine work up for antepartum Rhogam. We currently perform the ABO/Rh and an antibody screen. Are there hospitals out there that do not repeat the antibody screen at this stage of pregnancy before Rhogam injection??
