I took mine through IBC and it is based on the UTMB program. I believe there is one through Dayton Blood Center as well. These programs are related as their instructors are connected. I found my instructor through the IBC program to be very knowledgeable and helpful. All are accredited programs. I found the programs through the AABB site. -
Currently the blood bank performs clerical checks for transfusion reactions at our facility. How does everyone handle the clerical check at your facilities?

We are in the process of applying loinc codes. Our IT department is having us use the loinc.org web search. Is that how your facilities are looking up loinc codes?
