Well, Cliff, I finally got on board and decided to take the plung and join in. I enjoy getting good info from everyone on PathTalk. I have been in the field for over 30 years and have worked in Reference and managed 3 Blood Banks. Now I am at a small community hospital where the push back is great. It really helps me to read over the Talks and know that I am not crazy--and I do know what I am talking about. I also perform AABB and CAP assessments. Enough of that.
