    Proper storage space for pRBCs while in refrigerator

    Hi, I am currently working at a facility which stuffs its BB refrigerator shelves to the gills with pRBCs. They are nut to butt, like sardines in a can. My instinct says this is not appropriate storage, and maybe something about not enough air circulation? However I'm drawing a blank on which agency might have a guideline or standard about this, if there are any. Any help would be appreciated!
