    Irradiation documentation

    Hello BB friends, Does anyone document duration of entire irradiation process from the time unit out of storage area to return to storage? CAP checklist require to document duration of procedure, i interpret that as duration of irradiation cycle. Does any facility monitor temperature of the blood during component prep?
