    converting 0.8% to 3%

    Hi, I am just following up on conversion of 0.8% to 3% red cell suspensions. Alot of agreement with Mary. centrifuge 4 drops of 0.8% for 30 seconds, take off supernatant and resuspend with 1 drop of saline. Could I have confirmation of centrifuge setting to use please? Thanks.
