    Coolers - Transport or Storage?

    We use ISC BC-15 coolers for our OR "storage". Theses coolers will maintain 6 units of red cells at 6 C. for 12 hours. We have ~25 coolers and our only challenge is the storage and rotation of the coolant bottles.
