ASCP Blood Bank Medical Technologist, I performed ABO and Rh and Antibody Screen on patient. Performed either Immediate Spin or AHG crossmatch in order for the patient to receive blood, platelets, cryo, and fresh frozen plasma. If Antibody Screen I or II is positive will perform and Antibody Panel and Autocontrol to identify the Antibody. Also, perform RhoIG workup (Type and Screen) for mother who is Rh negative and gave birth to Rh positive baby.
