tkakin Posted February 15, 2018 Share Posted February 15, 2018 I wrote a procedure following the FDA reporting website instructions and by creating a report (not saving it at the end) in order to have step by step instructions. My policy also includes our facility ID, a link to the reporting website, and other helpful tidbits to make it easier for staff to access and report.
