Would someone please, advice me about how to pull up report for Blood wastage for a blood utilization meeting that happens every quarter. KKidd Posted October 25, 2017 Share Posted October 25, 2017 The report BBK Unit Disposition Statistics will give you all you need. I print using all categories and get received, transfused as well as the different categories of units not used (exp, dam, des, etc) I print it monthly for my statistics. TreeMoss Posted October 25, 2017 Share Posted October 25, 2017 We change our wasted products to Inactive Status FS2 to differentiate from those transferred to another facility or returned to the Blood Supplier.
