tkakin Posted February 23, 2017 Share Posted February 23, 2017 I validate my coolers with 1 unit (needs cold pack to validate for 24 hours) and 6 units at room temp and in a refrigerator (OR is very cold). Transport coolers go through the same thing, but I also validate them for extreme temps (1 and 6 units) usually only good for 1-3 hour. I generate a very cold environment by putting the cooler in the freezer. The very hot environment I put the cooler in my car on a hot summer day. This is done every 6 months.
