COPY OF AABB ELECTRONIC CROSSMATCH REFERENCE

Does anyone have a copy of the AABB electronic reference that I could print?  I bought the downloadable copy but there is no way to print it from the computer.  I think that's ridiculous!  It's very annoying to have to work with it on the computer instead of being able to write notes on it, etc.

I have an ancient one from 2003, I believe they made them available for free at one point, but am not sure.

What format is it in? Kind of odd that you cannot print it.

It was a download, but there were no tools to copy and paste, no print buttons.  Very frustating, but...problem solved!
