bankergal Posted February 25, 2016 Share Posted February 25, 2016 We are implementing Softbank in May and then IDTx after that (we were supposed to implement at the same time, but logistics of updating the EHR to receive data from IDTx were too intensive to complete by our go-live date). From what I've seen of IDTx, it's a great system! The programmers have been fantastic to work with and willing to make changes for our institution. The biggest obstacle for us has been the interfaces (we'd like to capture vitals in the EHR and then send to IDTx, whereas IDTx is truly set up to capture vitals in it's system) and modifying the EHR.
