I cover 3 hospitals: Excela Westmoreland in Greensburg, Excela Latrobe, and Excela Frick in Mt. Pleasant. I'll admit I have a fair knowledge of blood group serology (wouldn't be fit to sit at the feet of people like Dave Anstee, Geoff Daniels, Joyce Poole, John Judd, the late greats of Rob Race, Ruth Sanger, George Garratty and many others (particularly the ones from across "the pond" and the channel, who I have not mentioned), but I haven't worked in a hospital laboratory for 15 years now, and so my knowledge of hospital blood transfusion, particularly anything to do with coagulation - I was never any good at that, even when I did work in a hospital! - is woeful at best, and I regularly benefit from learning from those members who are working in that area, and are generous enough to share their own knowledge.
