121914001-57 Ortho MTS IgG gel card lot acting up?

We just started using Ortho IgG gel card lot 121914001-57 and found that most columns contained a tiny bit of reactivity; all appeared to be on the back side of the cards.  We had tested about 6 patients and repeated our negative QC and found this reactivity in pretty much all of them, even with different vials of screening cells (same lot).  We borrowed a different lot of IgG cards and all of those patients and the QC came out clearly negative using the same cells.  We will be calling Ortho about it but wanted to see if anyone else had seen this problem.  I have used gel for a lot of years and have never seen a problem like this.

Sometimes we will spin the card for a while before test, I don't know if your card has been inversion during transportation.

Mabel, Did you have a resolution to this problem? I'm seeing the same problem with lot # 030615001-55.
