I recently came across the following scenario ,

Expectant lady presented to her Doctor 36 weeks pregnant .

Anti-e was detected in her plasma titre 256 IAT.

The ladie's Rhesus Phenotype was R2R2 (DcE, DcE)

The husband / partners Rhesus Phenotype was R1R1 (DCe, DCe)

Yes this is possible the mother was a surrogate and had been implanted with a fertilised ova from another couple.

The female fetus is grouping as rr (dce/dce )

What are the options with respect to providing blood for interuterine  and or exchange transfusion r"r" (dcE dcE) . What other options could be used?
