meshe Posted June 18, 2010 Share Posted June 18, 2010 Hi All, Has anyone started the PGD platelet testing? I need to validate this with the current method we use, which is Ph strips. If anyone is not familiar with this, it is a new FDA approved, AABB requirement, in lieu of the Ph testing. It tests for bacteria in Platelets prior to issuing. Anybody have ideas for validating? I have the information in my mind how I would set this up. Just wanted to get other institutions/people's ideas. Thanks! All comments, questions, suggestions welcome!
