Cerner and TANGO

We are having problems with the interface for our TANGO. We get a message: LIS Error, Results Transmitted - Sending Query.... It does not send results and freezes here.

We are on Cerner Millenium and our interface had been up and running for months. Our IT department has checked with Cerner and Biotest.

We have checked all of our connections. Replaced cables. Shut down and brought instrument back up. Cleared queue. Checked LIS specifications in TANGO.

Has anyone else seen this error and resolved it?
