EluKit last wash

The last wash is only wash solution/(LIS) - it does not need to be neutralized. At least per the package insert. I run the last wash with screening cells . . . it should be negative for your eluate to be valid.

This is what we do. The purpose in testing is to ensure any serum antibody has been removed before adding the eluting solution. If it's positive, continue to wash the cells.

We do the same; the last wash should be performed with screen cells as a negative control to ensure that the washing was effective.
