I have a list of reagents but i forgot for what is the ACD. i ALSO WANT TO KNOW HOW YOU PREPARE THE CRYPROTECTANT FOR THE HPC Products . TStec Posted April 15, 2009 Share Posted April 15, 2009 ACD-A Solution: Anticoagulant Citrate Dextrose Solution – A, there is also a formula B. Apheresis collection adds ACD during collection. You should process all reagents and products in a biological safety cabinet with aseptic technique. Who ever trained you should be able to help you with procedures, everyone does it different.
