Anybody with a big MLS student program?

We are trying to increase the number of our students and struggling with logistics.  Looking for people with larger programs (12+)  to see how they handle rotations, lectures, etc. and what staffing handles what tasks.

Not anymore.....Sadly  The "bean counters" shut us down - even though our school provided over 40% of our lab's workforce....

At it's peak - ours would take up to 12 students twice a year,

When I did the blood bank lab at University of Kentucky, there were ~20-25 students on site and~6-10 at an extension program at the far end of the state.  I can answer about that program, but it has been a couple years since I was involved.  They were at a point of growth where they could get more students, but it would require teaching more than one section per class.  What would you like to know?

I also organized the student rotations for all lab sections with the University hospital.  I can tell you what I know about that as well.
