yolis76 Posted March 16, 2022 Share Posted March 16, 2022 Hello all - I wonder if anyone has experience with bringing MLS/MT staff to your labs using the H1b Visa sponsorship route. The paralegal at my organization is asking me to justify the needs for a bachelor's degree for each of the job components listed in our job description for the MT/MLS role. Ensis01 Posted March 17, 2022 Share Posted March 17, 2022 If I remember correctly (I worked with someone who used that route) you must have a bachelor's degree (or higher) to even be eligible to apply for the H1b visa.
