Body fluid validations

We are looking to validate body fluids on our Coulter DxH 600. We don't get that many fluids - maybe 2 or 3 a week if we're lucky. I'm having trouble finding a product for validation studies. It seems as though we don't correlate very well manually :(. That is a huge reason for wanting to change to automated. What do you use?

When we got our DxH 800s a few years ago, we tried to correlate several types of body fluids, and decided that it was not worth the trouble.    The linearity was not very precise (or accurate compared to manual counts) at lower levels, like those found in CSF.  You will have to do a manual diff anyway, as no hematology analyzer is going to report out mesothelial or malignant cells.

We too have a DxH600 it took a while but we did validate the instrument for body fluids.  The higher counts correlated better than the low counts.  Is there someone you can get samples from close by?  We basically manually count all clear samples as they do not correlate.  Our linearity is for body fluids is 10-66,000 for WBC and 150-5M for RBCs so CSF really cannot be done on the instrument unless it is cloudy.
