  1. Dansket, Would you be willing to share a screenshot of what your Type and Screen result entry screen looks like? Specifically curious of how you have established the interface of results from ProVue.

The person who set it up here added two extra fields, Provue BT and PVRH, which they insisted were necessary to be able to interface results.

I'm just now getting around to fixing the Type and Screen (if you notice, we still have anti-A,B under patient testing but we haven't used it as such in more than ten years). I've never done any result mapping for an interface and I want to warm my mind up for when I work on the interface for the Erytra in a few months.

    Thanks in advance!

      Goodchild,

If I were to interface, my thinking is that I would only map the ProVue test reactions and not the ProVue Interpretations.  I would not want the interface to interfere with my calculations!  So I wouldn't need "PROVUE BT" and "PVRH".

      Goodchild,

Sorry to disappoint, but I don't have a ProVue interface to our Meditech C/S 5.67.

  3. Am I being particularly thick Dansket (and no going into hysterical laughter please!), but on your photographs on the thread "Significant antibodies for electronic XM" - at least I think it is that thread - you have ABID on the left hand side, and then a series of specificities, including C and c.  Have I got the wrong end of the stick?  Are these actually antigens for which the patient is positive?  I am probably making a complete idiot of myself over this one, because I for one have never seen a patient with both anti-C and anti-c (well, I have, but the anti-c was an auto).

It is just a test patient that I used to make sure all the antigens would be printed on label.
