  1. Well our patient turned out to be a Ko with anti-Ku. First time for any of us seeing a patient with a null phenotype, so it was neat to work up.
  2. Hope someone can help us out. We have an A+ pt with a negative DAT and negative autocontrol. No hx of transfusion. All panel cells reactive: 1+ at RT, 2+ in PeG, 3+ in gel. DTT was resistant and ficin enhanced rxns. Differential alloadsorption was completely negative. Serologically the patient types K-, k-, Kpa-, Kpb-, Jsa-, Jsb-. Molecularly the patient types positive k, Kpb, and Jsb. Pt serologically typed P1+, Jra+, Vel+, H+. Any thoughts? We are getting anti-Kx to type with as well as a McLeod cell to test against.
