    Same CLIA # as the main lab. Our main question is about running the CAP comprehensive hematology survey. We do it now all on our main analyzer, but not sure if we should be doing a survey on the off site instrument as well. Thanks!

    Just curious....we have a Cancer Center remote lab that does stat CBCs and Istat chem 8s. How does everyone handle CAP proficiency testing requirements for remote labs?
