  1. Welcome back @DOGLOVER.
  2. As for how many points to calibrate, my personal opinion is to do three points. The lowest should be below the lowest range you'll use, the highest above, and then a midpoint. This is not perfect, but it helps prove linearity. Many places only do one or two points, though. It also depends on the significance of what you're measuring. For instance, a 20-second AHG spin... does it really matter if it's 20.00001 sec or 20.00002? Of course not. That's what leads some people only to do one or two points. When you say they're using their phone, do you mean a timer inside the phone? I stick by my original statement above; it's irrelevant for what we do as med techs... but..., in this case, as your assessor / inspector / regulator, I will want to see that you are using a traceable device for these measurements.
  3. There seems to be very little info about the site. It's a private registration, so you can't get contact info. It's still registered with GoDaddy until next year. https://www.godaddy.com/whois/results.aspx?itc=dlp_domain_whois&domain=https%3A%2F%2Findianinitiative.org%2F Lots of sites don't survive. Social media took a massive toll on small sites. Software and webserver costs are significant.
  4. This is a tough one. In a former position, I created an intranet that had many functions. One we added was document storage. For many years, we stored tens of thousands of documents, and it worked very well for us. It saved us a tremendous amount of money as we no longer sent new documents offsite. We also retrieved many documents and either destroyed them or scanned them. We decided to move our reference files online. There are probably close to 40 or 50 thousand records online now. A file might be one simple anagram, or it might be a multi-volume hundred-page scan. We tied the record to the LIS, so it did a look-up of the patient info. The documents were all scanned locally and took up many hundreds of gigabytes. It would be not easy to make this information both secure and backed up offsite AND available onsite during a downtime. We had downtime reports we would rely on and decided to forgo having the actual workup available.
  5. Nice to meet you @Jenny Hoek!
  6. Thank you @Hanady Samaha!
