    Agree on the 2nd fridge if you can swing it and have space for it.

    I'd suggest an additional fridge. 25 units lost (irreplaceable) at ~ $200 is $5,000 just in the cost of the products. How long will the fridge be down? Clearly there's no way to predict that. Also, once it's back you might want to monitor it for 24 hours to ensure it's keeping temp. Having a second fridge buys a lot of peace of mind.
