I really do not have a "lecture" . . . these are in my procedure manual. All the info may be gleaned from any blood bank text.

Malcolm, Thanks for the presentation, but I have a request - we have never ever done an absorption or elution procedure here. I have general concept of these but would really appreciate if you can explain it as to a novice - from basics -why, when & how or you may point me towards some other useful resource/reference. I am checking AABB Tech.manual for same too. Thanks once again.
