hi can anyone help me out with a blood bank problem. - patient is a black female age 48 - patient is B pos -history- multiple units transfused - last one 2 yrs ago - meds- ibuprofen , vitamins - blood ordered- 3 units prbc for possible surgery -crossmatch incompatible from 3 donors ab screen TENCELL ab screen. immediate spin -all negative, Alb37 -all negative, IAT all 2+ except donor R0. cell R0 has additional antigen U- and another R0 has U var. does anyone know what antibody gives these results in a screen? all responds are appreciated! thanks
